Be Up

The Climbing Technology Be Up is a compact belay and abseil device with guide mode for half, twin, and single climbing ropes (from 7.3 mm). The modular braking system with V-notches optimises friction for different rope types. In guide mode, it independently belays one or two followers, and uniquely allows unlocking and lowering a free-hanging follower using just an HMS carabiner. Fluid rope payout prevents jams when belaying a leader.
