Service description

OutdoorPrice is a price comparison service for outdoor gear. We display prices collected from publicly available retailer websites to help you find the best deal. We are not a retailer and do not sell products directly.

Price accuracy

Prices shown are estimates based on data collected daily from retailer websites. Actual prices may differ due to promotions, stock changes, exchange rate fluctuations, or shipping costs to your specific location. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing.

User accounts

Accounts are optional. To create an account, sign in via Google or request a one-time email link from /login. You may save products into named lists for your personal reference. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access our systems other than via the public site
• Share your sign-in link with others or otherwise allow another person to access your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from /account; deletion is immediate and permanent.

Affiliate links

OutdoorPrice may earn a commission when you purchase through links on our site. This does not affect the prices displayed or the order in which retailers are ranked. The cheapest option is always shown first.

Intellectual property & database rights

All content, data compilations, and the database of collected prices on OutdoorPrice are the property of Dom som AB. The database is protected under the EU Database Directive (96/9/EC). You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any data from this site without prior written consent from Dom som AB.

Prohibited use

You may not use OutdoorPrice in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. In particular, you may not:

• Use automated means to access, scrape, crawl, data-mine, or systematically download content from the site, except as permitted by our robots.txt file
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the site
• Use data from OutdoorPrice to build or support competing products or services

Violation of these terms may result in your access being blocked and may lead to legal action.

Limitation of liability

OutdoorPrice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of prices, product availability, or any transactions between you and retailers. Your use of retailer websites is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt).

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of OutdoorPrice after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
