Ohmega

The Edelrid Ohmega is a 190 g brake assistant clipped to the first bolt like the Ohm, but with expanded functionality. An integrated HMPE sling offers three braking levels adjustable by hand, while a built-in pulley reduces first-bolt friction for smoother rope feed. In a fall, the cam engages to slow the climber and counter weight differences between partners, reducing ground-fall risk. Works with single ropes for gym, crag, and multi-pitch sport climbing.
